We are able to create workshops with an emphasis on storytelling, creative writing, dance, drama, art or music.

Any Place can be a stage

Exploring spaces creatively using site-specific theatrical techniques and responding through creative writing and theatre.

Site specific theatre techniques

Learn about the specialism of site –specific theatre and some of the techniques the theatre company uses to create its shows.

These workshops are appropriate for GCSE, A Level and University students studying drama and theatre.

Company practitioners will lead students through an practical introduction to our techniques.

Creating from found objects

Explore your space. Collect objects and use them to create.

 The workshops encourage students to create through the mediums of art, dance and drama and can be tailored to specific curriculum needs.

Little Box of Stories

The Little Box of stories was inspired by the need to remind our neighbours, friends and family that we care about them and share memories with them.

One of our workshops during our Stowmarket Stories project used the idea ofcollecting our stories and memories to share with others in a box of Stowmarket Stories.

We have also created a ‘Little Box of Friendship’ and a ‘Little Box of Love’

Theatre Schools

During the week long course the young people work with professional actors and directors from Footprints looking at the site’s history, local stories and people working and living there. They are guided by Footprints to write and perform their won unique production based on their explorations. The week long experience culminates in an outdoor promenade performance  by the young people for their family and friends.
